Eyad Molaeb is the creator and backbone of Next Level Fitness. He has a great passion for the sport and his eye and methods are second to none. He is now an international judge for NABBA/WFF and travels the world taking Next Level Comp Prep Team competitors to new heights.

Eyad first opened Next Level Fitness in 2006 and quickly established himself as a force to be reckoned with in the competition arena, pumping out winner after winner, year after year.

Eyad and the Next Level Comp Prep Team are now synonymous with superior training quality, attention to detail and superior competitor preparation and support.

NABBA/WFF

Bodybuilding Federation

Graeme Lancefield is both the current NABBA/WFF Australia President, NABBA International President and WFF International World President. NABBA is supported by more than 50 countries. 

WFF began in 1968 but in 1998 it became officially registered under the name World Fitness Federation. NABBA and WFF are separate organisations but are affiliated. This provides additional benefits for members and competitors. Each Federation seeks a different 'look'. NABBA tends to cater for the more muscular physique and WFF favours a more athletic look. Both Federations attract a high level of male and female competitors at state, national and international level.

Body Recomposition

RECOMP heads the body recomposition industry for people who want to be leaner and/or more muscular, it bridges the gap between fitness mediocrity and sport-specific conditioning.

From fat loss and weight loss to toning to competitive bodybuilding, RECOMPTM is every kind of body transformation.

Body Recomposition is the process of becoming lean, muscular, athletic, toned or whatever other term you prefer for a better body. By definition Body Recomposition is going BEYOND ‘fitness’. It involves MEASURED sports performance exercise and diet to achieve a MEASURED, desirable, athletic figure or physique of whatever extreme you desire. Whether you are talking about a flat tummy or pro bodybuilding, its all body recomposition; not fitness!

Critically, Body Recomposition involves the methodical measuring and planning that is critical to success in any endeavour. In direct contrast to ‘fitness’ where the objective is to ‘destroy the body you hate’, body recomposition is creating the body you want, by design!
